A: Yes, however, if a popunder is blocked, it does not count against your traffic allocation as it does not load.

Q: Is there a danger of getting accused of Spamming?

Q: Do you guarantee that I will make more sales?
A: No, we cannot guarantee that you will make any sales whatsoever from our service. Any sales will depend on the layout, content, and quality of your website, its presentation, and the service, and product that you offer. We can, however, promise to deliver the number of visitors to your site that you ordered. We'll get the visitors to your site, all you have to do is tell them about your product and make the sale.
 

Q: What will help make my page more effective?
A: Making your page ready for your ad campaign is as easy as you want it to be. We would suggest designing a whole new page just for the ad. You should use the same techniques that you use in other forms of advertising to get people interested in your product. Use catchy headlines, bright colours, and most of all you need a product that everyone wants!
 

Q: How do I know the traffic I paid for has been delivered?
A: We will start your campaign as soon as possible, usually within a few hours of receiving your order. We also email you your login details so you can check the stats of your campaign while it is in progress. We usually send your login details within 1-2 days. of it being placed, so if you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us to verify that your order has been received.
 

Q: Why don't my web stats match up 100% with your stats?
A: There are many reasons that a visitor will not register with your server.

• A user immediately cancels out the window before your site loads.
• The user is on a slow connection and your tracking software times out as a result.
• The user's ISP or browser saved a previous version of your site and served the new request from the cache instead of from your server.
• Your site was unavailable (down) at the time of request.
• Your tracking software could not handle multiple concurrent request.
